Randomizer — privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to the Randomizer app ("Random name & list generator") for iOS and Android, published by SIA "Web3 Generation" (W3G).

Data we collect

Randomizer does not require an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, or any other identifier to use the app. The lists and names you enter are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us. Deleting the app removes them.

Analytics and crash reporting

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (both Google services) to collect aggregated usage statistics (such as which screens are used) and crash reports so we can fix problems. Screens are identified by their route name only — the contents of your lists are never sent. These services may process device information such as your device model, operating-system version, and app version.

Advertising

The free version of the app shows ads through Google AdMob. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent request (the User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, and your choice is passed to the ad service. Buying the one-time premium upgrade removes ads entirely. AdMob is a Google service with its own privacy policy.

Your tracking choices

On iOS, the app asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any cross-app tracking identifier is used for ads. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track" — or disable tracking entirely in your device settings — the app respects that choice and ads are served without cross-app tracking. On all platforms you can additionally reset or delete your device's advertising identifier in the system settings.

Premium purchase

Premium is a single, one-time purchase managed through RevenueCat, which records whether your device is entitled to premium so the upgrade can be restored. The payment itself is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies — we never see or store your payment details.

Suggestion form

The app includes an optional form for sending us feedback. If you choose to use it, we receive the text you write, an email address only if you add one, your app version, operating-system version, and device model, plus a one-way hashed device token used to reduce spam. We use this only to read and act on your feedback. If you do not use the form, none of this is sent.

Data deletion

Deleting the app removes all data it stored on your device. Analytics and crash data are aggregated and not tied to an account we could look you up by; if you have a privacy request, contact us and we will help.
